Allameh Tabatabai's theory of validity is considered one of his most important philosophical innovations and plays an important role in the organization of his intellectual system. This theory has important points in the philosophical understanding of credit systems and has four ontological, epistemological, anthropological and value-scientific implications about concepts and credit systems in general. With the presupposition that the legal system is also one of the examples of the credit systems, the aforementioned four implications about the legal system can also be proposed in a special way and will have important results in organizing the legal theory. According to what was raised, the question of the upcoming research is, what philosophical implications does the theory of credit have, including ontological, epistemological, anthropological, and value-oriented implications for legal science? be The method of conducting this research is descriptive-analytical and based on the works of Allameh Tabatabai. The insufficiency of legal propositions, the involvement of subjective factors in the creation, understanding and interpretation of law, the lack of exclusiveness of the sources of knowledge of the law to sensory sources, the lack of equality of rights with the law and the lack of reductionism of justice to social order, the lack of appropriateness of the behaviorist approach in the science of law. The most important are the results that follow from the current research.
