Abstract
issues that has been seriously attacked by the media is the financing system. In recent years, the financing system of seminaries has faced many challenges that have made it ineffective for the new era. There fore, it seems necessary to deal with the financing of seminaries in this era. In the meantime, one of the topics that needs research and investigation is to deal with the principles and basics of financing seminaries. Although extracting the principles and foundations of financing the seminary requires detailed jurisprudential, theological and philosophical researches, but in order to plan the correct financing system in the seminary, a shortcut solution can be used, which is the examination of the foundations and principles based on the opinion of the Imams of the Revolution.a shortcut solution can be used, which is the examination of the foundations and principles based on the opinion of the Imams of the Revolution.
