This research, with the aim of investigating the research topic, conducted a field survey of the status of mosques in terms of the number, participation rate and citizens' satisfaction with the mosque and the social capital of the mosque in the neighborhoods of the 22 districts of Tehran, and then separated the damage and social issues into three areas. Crime, abnormality, and social deviance measured the way of attitude and thinking of the citizens of Tehran towards harms and social issues.
The method of investigation in this study will be the secondary analysis method. In order to achieve the purpose of the research in this study, the data of "Tehran Quality of Life Monitoring Survey" was used. In the study, in addition to emphasizing the statistical topics to describe and analyze variables for a better and clearer picture of the 22 districts of Tehran, spatial analysis was also used.
The findings of the research show that there is a significant relationship between the level of participation in the mosque, the satisfaction and social capital of the mosque with the attitude towards harm and social issues.
It can be concluded that the mosque is the first step to realize the indicators of Islamic civilization, the mentality of the citizens in each neighborhood in comparison with other citizens who participated less in the programs of the mosque and their level of satisfaction and social capital with the mosque is low, compared to The existence of damages and social issues has a negative approach and makes them more concerned about their solution.
